Content and Customer Coordinator

The Content and Customer Coordinator executes strategic marketing and content initiatives for The Rock School for Dance Education, affiliated programs, and The Dance Boutique, overseeing institutional storytelling across digital platforms with a focus on social media, website management, marketing calendar coordination, event and program promotion, and brand stewardship. The position incorporates managing all internal and external content creation team members and initiatives. Working collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams, this role executes data-informed campaigns that drive enrollment, attendance, retail engagement, and philanthropic support, while supporting advancement through fundraising and donor-facing communications with time spent with direct customer service at the front desk.
