Complete your order in 3 Steps:
#1: Designate one group organizer as your primary contact.
#2: Submit one payment for the entire order. Individual payments cannot be accepted.
#3: Full payment is required when the order is placed.
Group orders are confirmed once payment has been received and seats are available.
Seating:
We make every effort to seat your group together within your selected seating section. Seating is assigned by the Box Office based on availability at the time of purchase, so early booking is encouraged.
Accessible seating is available. Please let us know your needs when placing your order.
Important Information:
• Every guest, regardless of age, must have their own ticket and seat. Lap seating is not permitted.
• Group discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Group orders are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another performance.
• Tickets are subject to availability and group pricing may end once designated inventory has been sold.
• Lost, misplaced, duplicated, or transferred tickets cannot be replaced.
School & Youth Groups:
Schools and youth organizations are welcome.
To help provide a safe and enjoyable experience, groups are asked to provide appropriate adult supervision throughout the visit. We recommend at least:
• Grades K–5: One adult for every 8 students
• Grades 6–8: One adult for every 10 students
• Grades 9–12: One adult for every 15 students
Chaperones should remain with their students during arrival, the performance, intermission, and departure.
Booking Deadline:
For performances at Philadelphia’s Miller Theater, group orders must be completed by Friday, November 20, at 3:00 p.m., subject to ticket availability.
For performances at Goodhart Hall in Bryn Mawr, group orders must be completed by Friday, December 4, at 3:00 p.m., subject to ticket availability.

The group rate applies to all sections except center-orchestra seating and the front three rows of the balcony.

The Rock School and Kimmel Center are not responsible for replacing lost, misplaced, transferred, or duplicated tickets.

Group pricing is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be withdrawn without notice.

Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. We do not accept partial payments, deposits, or holds for group orders.

We do our best to seat groups together, but cannot guarantee specific seats within the assigned section.
Accessibility: Accessible seating accommodations are available and should be requested at the time of purchase.
Student and Youth Group Supervision:
School, student, and youth groups are responsible for supervising and conducting all participants throughout their visit. Groups must provide adequate adult supervision based on the attendees' ages and needs.
At a minimum, groups must maintain the following adult-to-student ratios:
Grades K–5: One (1) adult chaperone for every eight (8) students
Grades 6–8: One (1) adult chaperone for every ten (10) students
Grades 9–12: One (1) adult chaperone for every fifteen (15) students
A minimum of one adult chaperone is required for every group, regardless of size.
Chaperones must remain with their assigned students at all times, including during arrival, seating, intermission, and departure. Group leaders are responsible for ensuring that students comply with all venue policies and instructions from venue personnel.
The organization reserves the right to deny admission or remove individuals or groups whose conduct disrupts the performance, creates a safety concern, or fails to meet required supervision standards. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
