Medical Release & Waivers
Medical release and waivers are required for each student enrolled in the Professional Division. Note that completion of this digital form will require you to upload a photo of the front and back of your health insurance card. The Registrar will enroll your student after your form is submitted and email a confirmation. Registration is not complete until the first tuition installment is paid.
Physical Examination & Immunization Record Due August 15th
A record of a physical examination by a medical professional within one year of 9/1/2025 is required for each Professional Division student. You may use the form provided below or obtain a comparable document from your medical provider. Dormitory Residents are also required to provide record of immunizations. A list of requires vaccinations is linked below. Each of these documents are due by August 15, 2025 and can be emailed to info@therockschool.org.
Handbook, Calendar, & Dress Code
Guardians and students are required to review the summer handbook in its entirety upon enrolling.
Dormitory Residents
Please refer to the calendar for move in and move out dates. MOVE IN: 11:00am - 4:00pm | MOVE OUT: By 12:00pm
Airport Transportation
Fees for airport transportation will be applied to your account and charged to the card on file shortly after form is submitted. Unaccompanied minor transportation is only provided to students ages 15 and under. Please review forms thoroughly before booking your flight. Forms are due by August 15th.
