Enrollment Requirements
A Professional Division Intake Form is required for enrollment. Note that you will need to upload a photo of the front and back of your health insurance card.
A record of a physical examination by a medical professional within one year of 9/1/2026 is required for every Professional Division student. You may use the form provided below or obtain a comparable document from your medical provider. Dormitory Residents are also required to provide record of immunizations. A list of required vaccinations is linked below. All medical documentation is due by August 15.

Airport Transportation
Fees for airport transportation will be applied to your account and charged to the card on file when approved by residence staff. Unaccompanied minor transportation is only provided to students ages 15 and under. Pick up is available 12pm-4pm on move-in days, and 8am-12pm on move-out days only. Airport transportation forms are due by August 10.
Dormitory Residents
Please refer to the calendar for move-in and move-out dates. MOVE IN: 11:00am - 4:00pm | MOVE OUT: 8:00am - 12:00pm. Out of session move-in/move-out requests are considered on a case by case basis. If approved, out of session move requests incur an additional fee.
