2026 Summer Residence

The Rock School is pleased to announce that we will be offering three exceptional state-of-the-art dorm facilities for our dancers this Summer! Please note that dancers will be provided with a dorm assignment closer to the start of the intensive and do not have the option of selecting a residence location.

CURTIS INSTITUTE RESIDENCE

Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square neighborhood at 1616 Locust Street, Curtis provides walkability to The Rock School and multiple Center City attractions. All units include a single bed and 1 or 2 dressers. Students should bring bed risers and storage bins/drawers for their items, as space is limited in each room. The Curtis Institute suites include a small refrigerator and access to a shared lounge. The Curtis Residence is safe, with 24/7 security, cameras throughout the building, and Residence Staff who live near the students to assist them at all times. Additional amenities include an on-site café serving breakfast and dinner, complimentary laundry facilities, a lounge and terrace, and en suite bathrooms.

DINING

The Curtis Residence has a dining area conveniently located on the ground floor of the dormitory. Rock-Curtis Residents will be provided with daily meals.
