June Extended Classes

The Rock School is proud to offer an extended class session throughout June for intermediate and advanced ballet students. New students are welcome to attend; ladies must have at least one year of experience on pointe. Classes are instructed by leading Rock School faculty who provide a nurturing class environment with focused attention on proper alignment, technique, and artistry.

The Rock School for Dance has developed a reputation as one of the nation's top pre-professional training programs. The School's primary goal is to produce classically trained and versatile dancers, which The School has done for over 60 years. The Rock School's exceptional faculty, individual attention, unique in-house academic program, supervised residence program, nurturing environment, personal attention, and the success of its alumni, attract dancers from around the globe.

$10 per class

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet class for ages 11+ open to new students and current Rock School dancers in Ballet 3 through Professional Division.
Female students must have at least one year of training on pointe to attend.

Dress Code

Ladies
Pink or nude color tights
Pink or nude color ballet shoes (shade of tights must match the shade of shoes)
Solid color leotard
Hair neatly secured in a bun away from the face

Gentlemen
Black or gray tights
White t-shirt
Black or white socks/shoes

Professional Division Auditions During June Extended Class Session

Dancers have the opportunity to audition for our 2024-2025 Professional Division program at 3 of our June extended classes. In-class auditions are available on June 5th, June 12th, & June 19th. The cost to audition is $50. The cost of the drop-in class will be waived if auditioning.
