Ballet Fusion is a dance fitness class starts with breath exercises to center the body and investigate weight shifting, then moves to barre exercises. The barre incorporates a mixture of ballet styles that complement each other, adding some torso and arm movement from modern and contemporary, making it fun and easy to dance. The center continues what was learned at the barre, progressing to combinations. Class concludes with port de bras and breathing exercises inspired by Tai Chi to bring oxygen to the muscles and revitalize the body.
