Early Dance

CREATIVE MOVEMENT
•    Curriculum content: beginner/intermediate creative movement; introduction to ballet vocabulary
•    Open to girls and boys 3 years of age at the time of enrollment
•    No previous formal training required
•    No audition required
•    1 class per week
•    Enrollment is first-come, first-served with priority extended to re-enrolling Rock School pupils in good standing

PRE-BALLET 1  
•    Curriculum content: advanced creative movement; introduction to ballet vocabulary
•    Open to girls and boys 4 to 5 years of age at the time of enrollment
•    No previous formal training required
•    No audition required
•    1 class per week, 2 classes per week optimal
•    Enrollment is first-come, first-served with priority extended to re-enrolling Rock School pupils in good standing

PRE-BALLET 2  
•    Curriculum content: introduction to fundamentals of ballet technique
•    Open to continuing Rock School Pre-Ballet 1 students approved by the School Directors for advancement to Pre-Ballet 2; additional openings for girls and boys new to The School generally 6-7 years of age at the time of enrollment
•    No audition required
•    1 class per week; 2 classes per week recommended
•    Enrollment is first-come, first-served with priority extended to re-enrolling Rock School pupils in good standing
